Grape type: Cabernet Sauvignon
Production zone: Levada di Ponte di Piave, medium-textured silty soil.
Production technique: the vines are trained using the spurred cordon system with a very dense planting patterns and separation between the productive part and the vegetative part. Vinification with maceration for 10-12 days.
Ageing: In 500-litre oak casks for around 12 months, followed by another 6 months in bottle.
Tasting notes: intense ruby-red colour with slight garnet edges; fragrance of red berry fruit, spiced with undertones of tobacco and chocolate; full, dry and well-orchestrated on the palate.
Alcohol by volume: 13 % Vol.
Acidity: 5.40 %
Serving temperature: 18°-20° C.
