Production technique: the grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with maceration for 8-10 days.
Ageing: in steel for 6 months, then in bottle for another 3 months.
Tasting notes: very vibrant ruby-red colour with purple undertones; fruit-laden, slightly spiced aroma; full, dry and well-orchestrated on the palate.
Alcohol by volume: 13 % Vol.
Acidity: 5.40 %
Serving temperature: 18° C.
