Grape type: Prosecco
Production zone: Busco di Ponte di Piave, medium-textured silty soil.
Production technique: the grapes are harvested by hand, with separation of the solid parts, fining of the must and fermentation at 16˚-18˚C.
Ageing: in steel for 3 months, before being placed in an autoclave for around a month for second fermentation, and then bottled.
Tasting notes: pale straw-yellow colour with greenish edges; fruity aroma recalling apple and banana; smooth, velvety and well-balanced on the palate.
Alcohol by volume: 11 % Vol.
Acidity: 6 %
Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
Bottle size: 75 cl.
